2. Account Responsibility

Customers are expected to maintain the security of their login credentials. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by failure to secure account details.

3. Guaranteed Authenticity

We exclusively stock genuine products. All items are sourced directly from trusted brands. Concerns regarding replicas are not entertained, as product authenticity aligns with brand standards.

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

We reserve the right to approve or reject orders at our discretion. Orders are officially confirmed once you receive an email detailing the purchase and verifying compliance with our requirements.

5. Pre-Orders & Dispatch Timeframes

Certain items may be available for pre-order ahead of restocks or new launches. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly mentioned on both the product page and at checkout. Please note that these dates are approximate and may shift due to unforeseen delays. We will inform customers of any significant changes.

6. Shipping Costs

Delivery charges vary based on location and order weight. For domestic orders, fees depend on order value and may be revised periodically. Detailed rates can be found on our Shipping Information page.

7. Chargeback

If a customer initiates a chargeback, our consultant team will carefully investigate the matter. If the request is found to be valid and supported by genuine evidence, it will be processed accordingly. However, unjustified or fraudulent claims may be disputed with proper documentation. We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before requesting a chargeback. Instead of applying for a chargeback directly through your bank, we recommend consulting with us first. We are here to help and are often able to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

8. Accepted Payment Options

We offer several secure and convenient payment options, including Wise, Stripe, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or processing fees applied by the respective payment providers.

9. Product Availability Issues

If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you by email or through WhatsApp. Although we are not liable for delays from the brands, customers may cancel the affected item(s).

10. Complaint Handling for Stitching Orders

Complaints related to stitching services are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. Stitched products are not eligible for a chargeback once delivered.

11. Stitching Disclaimer

Due to the nature of fabric and embellishment availability, minor differences in stitching may occur. We ensure that any substitutions are made with the closest matching materials. Please refer to our full stitching policy for complete details. 

12. Import Duties & Taxes

Customers are liable for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the order reaches the destination country. If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the parcel for any reason, and the package is marked as undelivered or returned to sender, the customer will not be eligible for a chargeback.

13. Payment Processing & Currency Exchange

  • Stripe: Stripe supports multiple currencies (including PKR, USD, GBP, CAD, AED, AUD). Currency conversion is handled by Stripe and is non-reversible.
    Tip: Customers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE are encouraged to order in their local currency to avoid unnecessary conversion costs and fees.

14. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these policies, including any loyalty or promotional programs, without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website.
